I've been absolutely loving these two fabulous shower products from Molton Brown. The Caju & Lime Body Wash ($31; neimanmarcus.com) and the Paradisiac Pink Pepperpod Body Exfoliator ($48; moltonbrown.com). *Press Samples.
The Caju & Lime Body Wash is a new launch, limited edition and also comes in a body lotion and cologne. The scent is very refreshing and zesty. It doesn't linger around for the longest time, but manages to cleanse without stripping skin or leaving any sort of a film behind. Its quite a thick shower gel, and foams up with the slightest amount of product, so I can see the bottle lasting me a very long time. Its perfect for summer - light, citrusy and gets the job done really well!
The Paradisiac Pink Pepperpod Body Exfoliator has slightly crushed exfoliators (ground pepper, I'm assuming) in a super creamy base. The scent is just amazing - warm & spicy with a hint of citrus. It can be a tad strong if you aren't a fan of anything that smells like pepper and lingers for the longest time. It washes off clean, leaves skin feeling lightly exfoliated and soft. I can feel the heat from the pepper until a few minutes after I shower.While its quite moisturizing for an exfoliator, I still would recommend just a light lotion afterwards. Its quite expensive, but a really nice, luxurious scrub that I like as a once a week treat!
